Observation Of Wheat Grain Moxibustion To The Impact On Quality Of Life Of Patients Of Bronchial Asthma

Objective and significance:Through the observation and follow-up of patients before and after the treatment period, SAS score, AQLQ score and SDS score levels and acute attack times situation, evaluation of wheat moxibustion therapy effect on quality of life of patients with bronchial asthma.Method:Observed cases come from June 2013 to 2014 August in Jiangsu Province Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture rehabilitation outpatient and Nanjing City Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture clinic. Included a clear diagnosis of 86 cases of patients with asthma, were randomly divided into wheat moxibustion group (43 cases) and acupoint application group 43 cases; 8 times a course of treatment, follow-up time are 6 months. To record before treatment, after treatment, after treatment 1 month, after treatment for 3 months after treatment,6 months time of two groups of patients AQLQ scores, the scores of SAS and SDS scores level and times of acute onset of asthma before and after treatment.Result:1.Asthma patients of moxibustion treatment, activity limitation, symptoms, emotional status, influence of environmental sensitivity and the total score of AQLQ, SAS, SDS had significant difference (■P<0.05). The period of follow-up after treatment, the total score and the treatment for 1 months,3 months before the AQLQ comparison, the difference was significant(■P<0.05); 6 months after treatment compared with those before treatment, there was no significant difference (P=0.643>0.05).1 months SAS, SDS after treatment, moxibustion group before treatment were statistically significant (■P<0.05),3 months after treatment,6 months compared with those before treatment, there was no significant difference (P>0.05). The first half of the year the number of acute attacks before and after treatment, there were significant differences (■P<0.05).2.Acupoint application group before and after treatment in patients with asthma in contrast, activity limitation, symptoms affect, emotional status, total score of AQLQ, SAS, SDS had significant difference (■P<0.05).No significant difference (P>0.05) before and after contrast sensitivity treatment on the environment. During follow-up, SAS after treatment and 1 months of treatment, AQLQ score before the comparison, the difference was significant ("P<0.05),3 months after treatment,6 months compared with those before treatment, no significant difference (P>0.05). Acupoint application group before treatment, after each time the SDS contrast, showed no significant difference (P>0.05). The first half of the year the number of acute attacks before and after treatment, there were significant differences (■P<0.05).3.Comparison of between the two groups, comparison of symptoms, emotional status, influence of environmental sensitivity difference and the total score of AQLQ, SAS, SDS difference before and after treatment, there were significant differences (▲P<0.05). Before and after the treatment, the limitation of activity difference between groups have no significant difference (P>0.05). During follow-up,1 months after treatment,3 months AQLQ total score and AQLQ total score difference was statistically difference (▲P<0.05). Comparison of 6 months between the two groups in total score of AQLQ and AQLQ total score difference after treatment, no statistical difference (P>0.05).1 months after treatment, SAS, SDS between two groups had significant difference (▲P<0.05). After 3 months of treatment,6 months between the two groups SAS, SDS score and there was no statistical difference (P>0.05). Before and after treatment of acute attack of half times difference comparison, there were significant differences (▲P<0.05).Conclusion:1.Moxibustion and acupoint application can improve the quality of life of patients with asthma from the limitation of activity, symptoms, emotional function; and moxibustion improvement is superior to that of acupoint application.2.The mental state, moxibustion and acupoint application can improve the anxiety and depression of patients with asthma; and moxibustion improve more than acupoint application.3.Long term follow-up, moxibustion and acupoint application can reduce asthma exacerbations and moxibustion is better than that of acupoint application; moxibustion in improvement and improving the quality of life of adult asthma have certain advantages.
