Based On The Clinical Efficacy Of Bell’s Palsy Surface EMG Observed Penetration Acupuncture

Objective:Using surface electromyography extent of the damage observed Bell’s palsy and clinical outcomes were evaluated using surface electromyography to assess optimal screening Bell’s palsy treatment and prognosis indicatorsMethods:This research using randomized control grouping method to meet the inclusion criteria of 90 patients with Bell’s palsy, the use of randomized divided into treatment group and control group 45 cases. Treated with acupuncture facial paralysis professor Queqing Hui, director of the main points of treatment, acupuncture include:Cuanzhu, Yang Bai through fish waist, string and wind air, sun, Shimonoseki, Quanliao, buccal car, to warehouse.National Textbook reference group "Acupuncture Therapy" Acupuncture Medical Colleges face paralysis main pointy acupuncture include:cuanzhu, yangbai, sibai, quanliao, dicing, jiache, hegu. Patients before and after treatment for surface EMG were compared before and after the course of treatment methods and outcome measures to evaluate its efficacy (including House-Brackmann facial nerve function,FDI Facial Disability Index questionnaire, SEMG evaluation surface extent of paralysis standard, VAS pain score table).Results:(1) the treatment group 45 cases, of which,28 cases were cured,12 cases markedly effective in 2 cases,3 cases, total effective rate 93.3% in the control group,45 cases, which were cured 26 cases,8 cases effective in 6 cases,5 cases, total effective rate 88.9%, the total efficiency of the two groups were significantly different (P<0.05) were statistically analyzed, indicating that the treatment group than the control group on the clinical efficacy. (2) evaluate the surface after treatment the degree of paralysis HB scale standard, SEMG evaluation surface extent of paralysis standard, VAS pain score table compares the treatment group than the control group, a significant difference (P<0.05).Conclusion:Study results show two methods for treating Bell’s palsy have a significant effect, indicating that acupuncture treatment in patients with Bell’s palsy effect is obvious, but the treatment group to Queqing Hui director of clinical use of acupuncture facial paralysis results in conjunction with the main points of acupuncture therapy is more effective in efficacy than the control group. Bell’s palsy effectively improve the patient’s psychological disorders and functional activity of life.
