Clinical Study Of Composite Synergistic Acupuncture Methods To The Bell’s Palsy Of Recovery Period

Purpose Clinical reasearched on treatment group(Special penetration-needling,Special electric-acupuncture, Fire needle),and control group(Special penetrationneedling combined with electric-acupuncture),the Curative effect of two groups with Bell’s palsy(BP) of recovery period(14-90 days,excluding the 90 th days,the grade of H-B from Ⅳlevel toⅤlevel) were compared,and find the better treatment method in order to provide a reference for optimization of BP clinicalt reatment.Methods Collected 60 cases of recovery-period of Bell’s palsy patients with recovery-period whom that met the inclusion standard,adopt the randomize control method, divided into the treatment group: Special penetration-needling, Electric acupuncture combined with Fire needle and control group: Special penet ration-needling combined with Electric acupuncture.The treatment effectiveness in both groups were evaluated at three periods: prophase(on treated day), middle(at 10 times and 20 times times after treatment), later(At 30 times after treat ment), judged by the change of the House-Brachmann(H-B) facial nerve function classification and the improvement of the facial injury scores for clinical observation index.Results: Comparing curative effect at 30 times being treatment(use HB assess ment method):The treatment group: 22 cases were cured, obvious effect in 8cases, effect in 0 case,control group:13 cases were cured, obvious effect in 15 cases, effect in 2 cases,P< 0.05, there is significant differences, indicating that the curative effect of the treatment group are better than the control group.Data analysis: At 10 times and 20 times after the treatment,Facial symptom score of both groups of patients were all have significant difference.This indicate that:, in the acute phase the improvement of facial injury severity score of the treatment group better than the control group;However there was no significant difference in H-B classification between two groups at 10 times after the treat ment but there was a significant difference until at 20 and 30 times after the treatment. The reason might was the the process of facial nerve improved need time and on account of the facial injuries integral scores relatively more refinement,but the HB scores relatively is simple and coarsening; thus comparis on between curative effect at 10 times after treatment and at 20 times after treatment were no difference. But during at 30 times it just reflect the curative effectof treatment group better than the control group. This llustrate that the effect of new therapy has a better result.Conclusion:The results of this study,the triple therapy of treatment group of Special penetration-needling,Electric acupuncture combined with fire needle That is the superior therapy and can get better curative effect than the conventional group and the treatment was the advantages method to Bell’s palsy recovery.
