World economic development and material resources from development as thecenter shifted to human resource development for the center. The knowledge economyof the21st century, the development of human resources management provides updatedrequirements. Our country is a big country of human resources, but a long time, forvarious reasons, ignoring the importance of human resource development.Resulting inover-exploitation of material resources, a serious shortage of human resourcesdevelopment of the phenomenon. At this stage, these phenomena prevalent in all aspectsof social development areas in China. In the health field, as a high intellectual, technical,personnel-intensive centralized hospitals should attach great importance to humanresource management and development applications. In practice, China is currently thehospital’s acute shortage of human resources, has been hampered by the health of ourhealth, sustained and rapid development, thus attention to the development of humanresource management hospital has an extremely important significance.This article takes DF hospital for an example, combined with human resourcemanagement theories, the DF hospitals are personnel management mode of operation,problems and causes of multi-angle analysis and discussion, with a view to the DFhospital human resource management model further improve propose some effectivemethods and programs. This paper is divided into five parts: the first part is theintroduction, mainly introduces the significance of this research, the research status athome and abroad and its development trend, and the replacement of the main researchcontents and methods etc.. The second part is the basic theory of human resourcemanagement model of hospital interpretation, it clarifies the definition of humanresource management in the hospital and the basic contents, characteristics of human resource management in the hospital and the principle should be followed, and aroundthe application of hospital human resource management model, introduced the hospitalhuman resources management mode of the traditional, and introduces a new mode ofhuman resource management SO4P. The third part is the core part of the article, mainlythrough the questionnaire survey, the survey data, through data analysis, carries oncomprehensive combing to the existing DF hospital human resources managementissues, and ultimately determine the major issues affecting the hospital human resourcesmanagement mode, which lists the mode of human resources management problems indiagnosis and treatment hospital prescription. The fourth part, the fourth partprescription model of human resource management issues listed in hospital, putsforward improving human resource management problems of DF hospital action, makethe hospital to gradually improve the existing problems, establish improve the efficiencyof human resource management in SO4P mode. The fifth part is the conclusion,summarizes the main research problems, and points out the inadequacies of the study.
