After30years of reform and opening up, China’s hospital, fundamental changes havetaken place in the overall situation and development direction, now the hospital personneltraining, mainly based on the improving talent quality, promote the reasonable distributionof talents structure, introduction of modern management methods, focus on talentintroduction, personnel training, satisfy the requirement of position, department, addressshortage and stable staff team, unity power problem. For comprehensive hospitals at thegrass-roots level, to attract and cultivate, strengthen human resources team, using advancedtheories and methods to motivate staff continue to innovate, to strive, to continuously toserve the people heart and soul, is the need of the development of hospital together with allthe staff, combine traditional Chinese and western medicine hospital to strengthen theconstruction of its brand, fengtai district, is the reform of the personnel management system,implement the strategy of personnel training needs, is also a starting point and the startingpoint of this study.Based on literature research, empirical investigation points qi as the main researchmethod, data statistics method, draw lessons from domestic and foreign relevant researchtheories, combining the reality of fengtai combine traditional Chinese and westernmedicine hospital human resource situation, mainly for the hospital human resourcesstructure optimization and so on related question has carried on the analysis and research,and proposed the corresponding improvement program.First of all, this paper analyzes the overall status of hospital human resources and forleadership management, professional and technical personnel, and nursing educationbackground and technical level has carried on the statistical research, and through eachdepartment personnel allocation and professional background in recent years has carried onthe statistical analysis, the two aspects of hospital currently in the personnel structure andthrough the analysis on existing problems.Second, the comprehensive analysis of the hospital, the present situation of humanresource management: the personnel management to human resource management, strategic human resource management mode transition, and facing the opportunities andchallenges, and puts forward the development trend of fengtai combine traditional Chineseand western medicine hospital.Then, on the basis of the modern hospital development trend analysis, the paperembarks from the actual situation of hospital has carried on the SWOT analysis, on thepremise of clear development of the hospital, hospital construction of brand culture andsocial influence, give attention to two or more things and architecture were put forwardfrom the aspects such as core competitiveness of hospital human resources developmentstrategy.Finally, according to human resources development strategy, combined with thepresent situation of human resource management and hospital actual situation, from theselection, training, hiring and retaining talent four aspects to construct fengtai combinetraditional Chinese and western medicine hospital human resources structure optimizationmodel.
