Needle Warming Moxibustion And Electroacupuncture To Seek More Effective Method Of Curing Qi Deficiency And Blood Stasis Type Sequela Of Apoplexy

Objective:Temperature contrast observation of warm acupuncture and moxibustion, electric acupuncture, acupuncture plus cupping three methods of acupuncture and moxibustion to qi deficiency and blood stasis type stroke sequela, compare the curative effect of three kinds of treatment for the disease difference, to find a solution to the method for the treatment of stroke sequela is more effective.Method:We employed randomized controlled to group90cases randomly to electroacupuncture group, needle warming moxibustion group and electroacupuncture mixed needle warming moxibustion group,30cases in each group. The acupoint selection of the three groups all referred to the acupoint selection rules defined in the5th edition of《science of acupuncture and moxibustion》. Continuous curing5days and resting2days make up a course of treatment and continuous cure three courses of treatment. Curative effect evaluation is justified by improvement of Rankin scale, daily life ability scale-Passche Index(BI) and SSS. Give a mark respectively after clinic treatment.Gathering material and conduct statistics analysis. Research data meet the normality and homogeneity of variance, using t test; Does not meet the normality and homogeneity of variance, using the nonparametric test and chi-square test.Result:①Three groups of treatment effect comparison, wen acupuncture and the total effective rate was90.00%, the curative group total effective rate was83.33%, wen acupuncture plus cupping group total effective rate was96.66%. Acupuncture and temperature effect of acupuncture plus cupping treatment group by the Ridit analysis, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05); Electric acupuncture group and warm acupuncture plus cupping group curative effect by the Ridit analysis, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Tip: temperature effect of acupuncture plus cupping treatment group is superior to pure warm acupuncture group and simple electric acupuncture group.②From the modified Rankin scale, three groups are differences before and after the treatment, scores are lower than before treatment after treatment. Among them, the curative group fell by0.05±1.19, warm acupuncture group fell by1.56±0.89, warm acupuncture plus cupping group fell by1.97±0.72, through statistical analysis, three groups improve Rankin scale degree of acupuncture plus cupping set of best warm, warm acupuncture group, the curative group is the worst.③Observed from BI score, three groups are differences before and after the treatment, both score after treatment than before treatment. Among them, the curative group rise by3.83±3.63, warm acupuncture group rise by15.83±11.07, warm acupuncture plus cupping set to rise by20.83±10.51, the statistic analysis of three groups of BI score acupuncture plus cupping set of best treatment degree temperature, temperature acupuncture group of second, third electric acupuncture group.(4)From SSS score, three groups are differences before and after the treatment, both score after treatment than before treatment. Among them, the curative group rise by1.10±1.90, warm acupuncture group rise by4.53±1.96, warm acupuncture plus cupping set to rise by9.63±1.27the statistic analysis of three groups of SSS score acupuncture plus cupping set of best treatment degree temperature, temperature acupuncture group take second place, the curative group is the worst.⑤Learn from consciousness of SSS scale score, all three groups before and after treatment are different and difference of warm acupuncture group respectively0.35±1.02, wen acupuncture plus cupping group0.74±1.03, the curative group0.76±1.12. Through statistical analysis, three groups in improving patients consciousness and the effect of electric acupuncture group and warm acupuncture plus cupping group is better, but no obvious difference between the two groups, wen acupuncture group; Language function score:comparison before and after the three groups of treatment are difference, difference of warm acupuncture plus cupping group respectively0.80±0.55, wen acupuncture group0.83±1.58,0.86±1.01electric acupuncture group, three groups of difference is not obvious;Myodynamia score:there are differences between the three groups before and after treatment were, warm acupuncture group1.73±2.91,2.05±3.02electric acupuncture group, warm acupuncture plus cupping group3.73±2.82, through statistical analysis of three groups of curative effect best is warm acupuncture plus cupping set, electric acupuncture group, warm acupuncture group is the most times.Conclusion:①Warm acupuncture, cupping, warm acupuncture plus cupping three treatment of qi deficiency and blood stasis type of stroke patients are effective, can improve the quality of life of patients with sequela period.②In patients with qi deficiency blood stasis of ischemic stroke sequelae, the temperature effect of acupuncture plus cupping therapy is better than the pure acupuncture and pure electric acupuncture group.③From the aspects of improving patient consciousness, warm acupuncture plus cupping groups with pure electric acupuncture treatment effect is not obvious difference; Three methods of treatment can improve the patient’s language function, but the difference is not obvious; Wen acupuncture plus cupping groups on the strength of sequelae temperature recovery is better than simple acupuncture group and simple electric acupuncture group.
