Clinical Observation Of Self-made Yiqi Huoxue Decoction Combined With The Plum Blossom Acupuncture Treating Qi Deficiency And Blood Stasis Type Of Postherpetic Neuralgia

Objective: In this study,from the perspective of differentiation of Qi and activating blood circulation,self-made Yiqi Huoxue decoction combined with plum blossom acupuncture treatment of herpes zoster neuralgia,analysis of the program's clinical efficacy,safety,recurrence rate,explore the feasibility of the program Practicality provides new ideas and treatments for clinical practice.Methods: This study selected 72 cases of postherpetic neuralgia(Qi deficiency and blood stasis type)who were present at the dermatology clinic of the Affiliated Hospital of Chengdu University of Traditional Chinese Medicine(Sichuan Provincial Hospital)from September 2016 to October 2017.patient.72 patients were randomly divided into two groups,36 cases in each group(Note: Each group of small sample size was 30 people,plus 20% of the shedding number was 36).The experimental group was given self-made Yiqi Huoxue decoction combined with plum blossom acupuncture,while the control group was given gabapentin capsules and methylcobalamin capsules orally.After 4 consecutive weeks of treatment,the VAS scores,pain duration scores,and sleep quality scores were observed before and after treatment in each group and before and after treatment.Two months after the end of the treatment period,patients with markedly effective treatment and recovery were followed up.The recurrence rate was observed in both groups.Result: This study completed a total of 63 clinical cases,including 32 in the experimental group and 31 in the control group.In the experimental group,2 cases were cured,23 cases were markedly effective,6 cases were effective,1 case was ineffective,and the effective rate was 78.1%.The total effective rate was 96.8%;the control group recovered 1 case,markedly effective in 16 cases,effective in 10 cases,and invalid in 4 cases.The efficiency was 54.8% and the total effective rate was 87%.There was a significant difference between the two groups in the effective rate(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the total effective rate(P>0.05).Differences in VAS scores,pain duration scores,and sleep quality scores between the two groups before and after treatment were significantly different(P > 0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in pain duration scores between the two groups after treatment(P > 0.05).There was a statistically significant difference in VAS scores and sleep quality scores(P < 0.05).After 2 months of follow-up,the recurrence rate of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group.Conclusion: Self-made Yiqi Huoxue decoction with plum blossom acupuncture treatment of herpes zoster neuralgia qi deficiency and blood stasis type compared to gabapentin combined with mecobalamin capsules treatment methods,in the improvement of pain,sleep quality and total efficacy,prevent The recurrence was better than the control group and there was no obvious side effect.It was an effective treatment for PHN.
