Observation On The Clinical Curative Effect Of Acupuncture And Medicine In The Treatment Of Kidney Deficiency And Blood Stasis Type DOR Infertility

Research objectivePrevious studies have shown that traditional Chinese medicine has the same clinical efficacy as western medicine in treating DOR infertility of kidney deficiency and blood stasis type.On this basis,this study hopes to further observe the efficacy and safety of combination of acupuncture and traditional Chinese medicine in treating DOR infertility of kidney deficiency and blood stasis type,and explore its possible therapeutic mechanism,so as to provide scientific basis for further clinical application.Research methodSeventy-two patients with DOR infertility of kidney deficiency and blood stasis type were randomly divided into treatment group and control group,36 in each group.The treatment group was given acupoint plus the prescription of "Huoxue Bushen Zhuyun Fang" orally,while the control group was given the prescription of "Huoxue Bushen Zhuyun Fang" orally.After 3 consecutive menstrual cycles,the changes of TCM symptom score,serum hormone indexes(FSH,LH,E2)and safety indexes,ovulation rate and pregnancy rate were observed before and after treatment.Research findings32 cases in the treatment group were completed and 4 cases dropped off,32 cases in the control group were completed and 4 cases dropped off.1.Comparison before and after treatment.(1)Seram hormone indicators:Acupuncture combined with medicine can significantly improve the serum hormone levels of DOR infertility patients,especially reduce the levels of FSH(P<0.01).The prescription of "Huoxue Bushen Zhuyun Fang" can significantly reduce the level of FSH and increase the level of E2,but has no significant effect on reducing the level of LH(P>0.05).(2)Integral of TCM symptoms:Acupuncture combined with medicine can significantly alleviate the symptoms of DOR infertility(P<0.05)and the total score of symptoms(P<0.01).The prescription of "Huoxue Bushen Zhuyun Fang" can significantly improve the menstrual cycle,menstrual period and menstrual volume,soreness and weakness of waist and knees or lumbosacral prick pain,decreased libido,menstrual abdominal pain and total score of symptoms(P<0.05),while there was no significant effect for menstrual color and menstrual quality,dizziness,tinnitus and vaginal dryness(P>0.05).2.Comparison between the two groups after treatment.(1)Serum hormone indicators:comparing the two groups,the treatment group had more advantages in reducing FSH levels(P<0.05),while the two groups had similar effects in reducing LH and increasing E2 levels(P>0.05).(2)Ovulation rate:There was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Acupuncture combined with medicine had the same effect as Bushen Huoxue Zhuyufang in increasing ovulation.(3)TCM syndrome score:comparing the two groups,the treatment group had more advantages in improving menstrual cycle,weakness and soreness of waist and knees or lumbosacral prickling pain,decreased libido,menstrual abdominal pain and total symptom score(P<0.05),while the two groups had the same effect in improving menstrual period and menstrual volume,menstrual color and quality,dizziness or tinnitus and vaginal dryness(P>0.05).(4)Pregnancy rate:56.25%in the treatment group and 31.25%in the control group.There was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05),indicating that the effect of combination of acupuncture and medicine on pregnancy was superior to that of Bushen Huoxue Huoxue Huoyuan recipe.(5)Comprehensive curative effect:90.63%in the treatment group and 78.13%in the control group.There was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).It showed that the clinical comprehensive curative effect of the combination of acupuncture and medicine in treating DOR infertility was better than the prescription of "Huoxue Bushen Zhuyun Fang"to assist pregnancy.3.Safety indicators:The two groups were examined for safety before and after treatment,and no significant abnormal changes were found in the results of the two examinations.ConclusionAcupuncture combined with medicine can significantly alleviate the symptoms of DOR infertility patients,reduce the level of FSH,improve pregnancy rate,good effect in long-term,no adverse reactions,high safety,it is worthy for clinical application.
