Clinical Observation And Exploration On The Treatment Of Hypertension Of Qi Deficiency And Blood Stasis Type Combined With Acupuncture And Medicine

Purpose: Through a prospective case study,investigate the distribution of syndromes of qi deficiency and blood stasis-type hypertension,observe the clinical efficacy of Western medicine combined with acupuncture in the treatment of qi deficiency and blood stasis type essential hypertension,and explore related factors to treat syndromes of qi deficiency and blood stasis with traditional Chinese medicine Hypertension provides more objective evidence.Material and Methods: Collected 60 patients with primary hypertension who were admitted to the outpatient clinic of Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from October 2018 to October 2019.The syndrome of TCM was Qi deficiency and blood stasis,and they were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.For example,the two groups of patients were not statistically different in terms of age,course of disease,gender,systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure(P>0.05),and were comparable.The control group was given L-amlodipine maleate tablets(Xuan Ning,Shiyao Group Ouyi Pharmaceutical Co.,Ltd.,Sinopharm H20030690),2.5 mg/time,and took treatment in the morning.The treatment group added on this basis Acupuncture treatment with traditional Chinese medicine,acupuncture once a day,two days off after every 5 days,a total of 4 weeks.After 4 weeks,observe the changes in blood pressure,MT,5-HT,COR levels of the two groups of patients before and after treatment.Use SPSS19.0 to perform statistical analysis on the data and compare the efficacy of the two groups.P<0.05,there is a statistical difference.Results:1.As far as the blood pressure of patients which have Qi-deficiency and blood-stasis hypertension is concerned,both groups can produce a more precise effect,which can adjust the diastolic and systolic blood pressure of the patients,but the results show that the treatment group has a more prominent effect.2.In terms of DASBP,NASBP,24 h ASBP and DADBP indicators,the treatment group can significantly reduce the above indicators,and the control group has differences.3.In terms of 5-HT,COR and MT indicators,both groups can play a positive regulatory role, but the results show that the treatment group can more significantly down-regulate 5-HT expression and up-regulate MT expression.Conclusion:Qi deficiency and blood stasis can lead to increased blood pressure variability.Blood pressure variability is closely related to the circadian rhythm.According to the blood pressure circadian rhythm,according to the syndrome index of patients with qi deficiency and blood stasis type hypertension,appropriate acupuncture points and acupuncture time are taken,and Combined with Western medicine combination therapy,it can generally reduce the average value of systolic and diastolic blood pressure compared with conventional administration,and effectively reduce the blood pressure variability.It is one of the effective methods for treating hypertension with qi deficiency and blood stasis,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
