The control group were treated with acupuncture therapy, according to the condition of combining electric acupuncture, TDP or or physiotherapy,3times as a course,1treatment every2days, a total of3courses of treatment. Functional exercise exists during and after treatment. After treatment, compared two groups of clinical curative effect.Results:25cases in the observation group, excellent for3cases, good for15cases, normal in7cases, poor in0case, the excellent and good rate was72%; Control group of25cases,0cases of excellent, good for6cases, normal in12cases, poor in7cases, the excellent and good rate was24%. In the shoulder score, before and after treatment within the group, through statistical analysis showed significant differences (P<0.05). The two groups after treatment were compared, there were significant differences (P<0.05). It indicates that the clinical effects of the observation group than the control group.Conclusions:1.Accupotome treating frozen shoulder, can significantly improve the clinical symptoms and signs of patients, were significantly better than the control group. 2.Clinical practice shows that accupotome for treatement of frozen shoulder has good curative effect, high cure rate, quick process etc.. It a good method for the treatment of frozen shoulder, worth the further research and extension.
