Clinical Study On The Treatment Of Acute Frozen Shoulder By Triple Acupuncture At Jiquan Acupoint Combined With Conventional Acupuncture

Objective: To observe the efficacy of the two methods,triple acupuncture in Jiquan acupoint combined with conventional acupuncture and conventional acupuncture,in the treatment of acute Frozen Shoulder,and to judge whether the method of triple acupuncture in Jiquan acupoint combined with conventional acupuncture has more advantages,and to provide a more effective acupuncture method for clinical treatment of acute Frozen Shoulder.Methods: 72 patients of acute Frozen Shoulder from the Outpatient Department of the Department of Acupuncture and Moxibustion of Hubei Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from March 2019 to December 2019 were selected.All the patients were randomly divided into observation group and control group,each with 36 cases.Both groups were treated once every other day,4 times a week,and one week as a course of treatment,both groups were treated for three courses.One case was dropped in the observation group and one case was eliminated in the control group.Finally,35 cases were completed in each group.The basic situation of the patients were compared before treatment,and the visual analogue scale for pain(VAS),the ADL score and the ROM score in the Constant-Murley scale were used as evaluation indicators,and the VAS,ADL,and ROM scores of the two groups of patients before and after treatment were recorded.To observe the changes in the scores before and after treatment,and use statistical methods to analyze the changes,and then compare the differences,and to make a scientific efficacy evaluation.Results: There was no difference in sex,age,course of disease between the two groups and the difference was not statistically significant(p>0.05),indicating that the general data of the two groups were comparable.There was no difference in the comparison of the VAS,ADL and ROM scores of the two groups before treatment,the difference was not statistically significant(p>0.05),indicating that the conditions of patients in the two groups before treatment were similar and comparable.After treatment,the VAS scores of the two groups of patients were significantly lower,the difference was statistically significant(p<0.01),the ADL and ROM scores of the two groups were significantly higher than that before the treatment,the difference was statistically significant(p<0.01),after treatment,the VAS score of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the ADL score was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(p<0.01),and the comparison of ROM scores between the two groups after treatment,show that the difference was not statistically significant(p>0.05).After the treatment,in the observation group,11 cases were cured,18 cases were markedly effective,4 cases were slightly effective,2 cases were ineffective,and the total effective rate was 94.3%;in the control group,6 cases were cured,9 cases were markedly effective,15 cases were slightly effective,and 5 cases were ineffective,the effective rate was 85.7%.There was obviously difference in the comparison of the curative effect between the two groups,the difference was statistically significant(p <0.05).Conclusion: Triple acupuncture in Jiquan acupoint combined with conventional acupuncture and conventional acupuncture both can obviously relieve the pain,improve the quality of life,and restore the functional activities of the shoulder in patients with acute Frozen Shoulder.And triple acupuncture in Jiquan acupoint combined with conventional acupuncture has more advantages than simple conventional acupuncture,especially in the improvement of the pain and quality of life.Nevertheless it has the same effect as conventional acupuncture in restoring the functional activities of the shoulder joint.
