Clinical Observation On The Treatment Of Frozen Shoulder By The Jin's Three-Needle Of Shoulder With The Method Of The 'CANGUITANXUE' Acupuncture

ObjectiveTo exploe the clinical efficacy of the treatment of frozen shoulder b y Jin' s Three-Needle of Shoulder with the method of the 'CANGUITANXUE' Ac upuncture in order to find an effective and economtal method for the trea tment of frozen shouder.MethodsThis study used the strict prospective randomized research method.We selected 60 patients with frozen shoulder who met a criterion in acupuncture department of the Second Central Hospital of Guangdong Province from February 2016 to January 2017.According to the simple randomized method,60 patients with standard frozen shoulder were divided into the treatment group and the control group.The two groups were divided into 30 cases.The two groups had the same points,the two group selected the Jin' s Three-Needle of Shoulder(jian yu,the shoulder ? point?the shoulder ? point)?Jin' s Three-Needle of Hand(quchi?waiguan?hegu)as the main points,Jin' s Three-Needles of Hand used the traditional acupuncture method in the two group,Jin' s Three-Needle of Shoulder used 'CANGGUITANXUE,acupuncture method in the treatment group,Three-Needle of Shoulder taked traditional acupuncture treatment in the control group.Two groups of acupuncture treatment were once a day,and had a rest on Sunday.6 times for a course of treatment,the staff evalvated the efficacy after 2 courses.The same staff(not participating in the treatment)evalvated the efficacy in the first day and in the last day.The VAS pain scale?the ADL daily living ability scale?the Constant-Murley shoulder scale were used to assess the degree of shoulder pain relief,Daily life activities,shoulder function,The efficacy were evaluated by the Chinese People's Republic of Chinese medicine industry standards,?Chinese medicine diagnosisand treatment of standard?.Rsults1.The comparison of the two groups of general information,the gender?age?duration?ipsilateral general situation?VAS pain score?ADL daily life activity score?Constant-Murley shoulder function score of the two groups before treatment were not statistically significant(P>0.05),the two groups are comparable.2.The comparison of the observation indicators,after treatment were compared with before treatment,the difference of the scores of VAS pain scores?ADL daily living ability score?Constant-Murley shoulder function score were comparability in the two groups(P<0.05),two groups can effectively relieve the shoulder pain of the paitents,improve the ability of patients with daily life,improve shoulder function.after treatment,the modified ashworth score of the two groups were compared,the d-score of VAS pain?the d-score of ADL daily living ability?the d-score of Constant-Murley shoulder joint function were statistically significant(P<0.05),it showed that the 'CANGGUITANXUE' acupuncture method was better than the traditional acupuncture method.3.The comparison of the clinical effection of two group,in the treatment group,6 cases were cured,20 cases were markedly effective,3 cases were effective,just 1 case was ineffective,the total effective rate was 96.67%;The control group,3 cases were cured,13 cases were markedly effective,10 cases were effective,4 cases were ineffective,the total effective rate 86.67%.By the Wilcoxon statistics,P<0.05,the clinical efficacy of the two groups was statistically significant,it indicated that the clinical efficacy of the 'CANGGUITANXUE,acupuncture method was better than that of the traditional acupuncture method.ConclusionsAfter treatment,Jin's Three-Needle of the Shoulder with the 'CANGGUIT ANXUE' acupuncture method and the traditional acupuncture method can effec tively relieve the shoulder pain of the paitents?improve the ability of p atients with daily life.improve shoulder function.the clinical efficacy of the;CANGGUITANXUE' acupuncture method was better than that of the tra ditional acupuncture method.
