Research On The Acupuncture Treatment Of Frozen Shoulder Based On The Data Mining For Chinical Literature

The standardization of traditional Chinese medicine， especially in clinicalstandardization, is an important guarantee for the modernization and internationalizationof traditional Chinese medicine. Evidence-based methods and expert consensus is themain method of the current clinical study on Standardization of traditional Chinesemedicine, but it was placed in a dilemma by lack of evidence in the process ofevidence-based research and the low level of evidence of expert consensus conclusion.This article proposed the two-step consensus research methods, namely, general consensusand expert consensus. In this study, the analysis technology of modern information to tapvast clinical literature and the effective use of information as possible, and to research theproblem which under the subjectivity influence of the expert consensus.First, download the clinical literature data retrieval and establish a local database,then acupuncture prescription text extraction and format conversion. There are1917acupuncture prescription and166points are used in this article.Secondly, it got the frozen shoulder results of acupuncture point prescription patternsfrom single hole to six variables(limited space, the paper gives only partial results show)by the association rulesFinally, using data mining techniques to collate and analyze the literature concludedacupuncture prescriptions acupoints frequency，acupoints division between acupointsgroup party relationship，to explore the law and principles of acupuncture prescriptiontreatment of frozen shoulder and to revealed the use of acupoints and meridianscompatibility features of the law.The results of this study have been recognized by the experts from thestandardization clinical center of China Academy of Chinese Medical Science, themethods of this research is also demonstrated by experts of Samsung, and it will be usedin the anti-aging research.
