Objective: Through copying the dog knee osteoarthritis model,|ocomparison of the optimal concentration about the three kinds of lowconcentration of medical ozone intra-articular injection for the treatment on kneeosteoarthritis. Methods:To select40healthy male dogs randomly divided into4groupsof A (air group) and B (10ug/ml medical ozone group), C (20ug/ml medicalozone group), group D (30ug/ml medical ozone group),each group of10, Onthe letf knee joint for N group (normal control group). By Hulth method used tocreate OA model for each group of domestic dogs’ right leg knee joint, Atfer thesuccess of the building, A group with air injection on the right side of the kneejoint cavity. B,C,D group of injection of different concentration of medicalozone1times a week, each time5ml, a total of4times.Put to death the expeirmental dogs atfer treatment, line on near the medialfemoral condyle cartilage tissue pathology observation and Mankin rating; Takejoint fluid with nitrate reduction method to detect the contents of TNF alpha.Select building respectively, when building a successful and put to death beforeto measure and compare the kennel knee joint mobility and X-ray.Results: In the treatment of8w group A atfer knee joint mobility atferserious limitations Atfer the treatment of B,C, D group irght knee degrees was increased when modeling a successful, But C group knee degrees increasedsignificantly than B, D group (P <0.05); Four groups articular cartilagepathological damage was found in the right knee, group A was most seirous, thelightest cartilage lesions in group C; Mankin lowest score in group C, comparedwith the N group had no statistical significance (P>0.05); With A, B, Dcompared different concentrations of ozone group was statistically significant (P<0.05); Ozone treatment group joint fluid TNF alpha content in group C wasstatistically significant than A, B,D group significantly decreased (P <0.05).Conclusions:20ug/ml group of ozone can reduce arthritic cartilage injury, enhance the body’s ability to eliminate rfee radicals and can treatment ofdegenerative arthritis,30ug/ml ozone group because of its high degree ofoxidation make organization cell lipid peroxidation, led to the destruction ofarticular cartilage tissue structure.
