Objective:To study the influence of oxygen-ozone intrathecallyinjection with high concentration through observing the effect on the ratbehavior and expression of Bax、Bcl-2in spinal cord tissues. Methods:Sixteen health Sprague-Dawley rats were randomlyallocated into two groups(n=8). The rats in the control group (Group C)were punctured without injection. The rats in oxygen-ozone group (GroupO3-60) were intrathecally injected10μL oxygen-ozone of60μg/mLconcentration. The BBB behavior test were measured before anesthesia andone day after injection. The lumbar spinal cord tissue was collected todetect the expression of Bax and Bcl-2by method of western blot at thesame time point. Results:Compared with Group C: BBB scores of Group O3-60weresignificantly lower (P<0.01); the expression of Bax were significantlyhigher (P<0.01); the ratio on Bax/Bcl-2of Group O3-60were significantly higher (P<0.01).Conclusion:Oxygen-ozone intrathecally injection with highconcentration can affect the behavior of rats, and oxygen-ozoneneurotoxicity may be caused by the procession of neuron apoptosis. |
