Objective:Analysis of the use of different concentrations of ozone injected with the traditional Chinese medicine and Chinese medicine in treating knee osteoarthritis cases of clinical observation and study for comparison.Observing the clinical efficacy of the ozone in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis to providing a basis for deeper study, and to promote the clinical application of ozone summarized clinical experience.Methods:In this paper, theoretical research on the part of the system of Chinese medicine and modern medicineon of knee osteoarthritis of the relevant etiology and pathogenesis, clinical manifestations, diagnosis, and treatment methods.In this study, selection of 80 cases of knee osteoarthritis, the test group 20 cases,60 patients (three groups, each 20 cases) of the control group, selected concentrations were 30μg/ml,45μg/ml and 60μg/ml of medical ozone. Observation of the pain, activity, etc. in concentrations of ozone with traditional Chinese medicine and Chinese medicine treatment group, comparing four groups of pain and Lysholm knee score changes.Results:Four groups the pain, Lysholm knee score compared with the volume of significant differences (P<0.05). The pain in the test group was significantly reduced than in the control group, VAS score reduced with statistical difference (P<0.01).Lysholm knee score improved with statistical difference(P <0.01). Three groups of test group was significantly lower than in the control group after treatment,1 month,3 months,6 months, VAS score (P<0.05). Lysholm knee score of three groups of test group was significantly increased (P<0.01) than in the control group after 6 mouths.Comparison among the three groups of test group:VAS ratings of B and C groups was significantly lower (P<0.05) than in A group after treatment of 1 month,3 months,6 months. But there was no significant difference in lower (P> 0.05) between B and C groups. Lysholm knee score of B and C groupwas significantly increased (P <0.05) after treatment of 6 month than in A group. But there was no significant difference (P> 0.05) between B and C group.Conclusion:Ozone in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis has a good curative effect. The higher concentration of ozone is more effective than the lower concentrations. But there was no significant difference between the higher concentration of ozone and the the lower. And the greater toxicity in the higher ozone concentration, therefore to ensure good efficacy of the premise, the concentration of 45μg/ ml of ozone should be adopt for treatment.
