Clinical Research Of Internal Rectal Prolapse Type Constipation (Spleen-type Gase Trap) Treated By PPH (Procedure Porprolapse And Hemorrhoids) Combine With Zini Decoction

Aim：To observe the clinic cruative effect of IRPTC (Internal Rectal Prolapse typeConstipation)(Spleen-type gase trap) treated by PPH(Procedure porprolapse andhemorrhoids)Combine with Zini Decoction. Evaluating it with effectiveness objectively andaccurately,to provide scientific basis for it’s further application in clinical and exploreing anew method for the combination of traditional Chinese and western medicine onconstipation.Methods： The total of60patients were randomly divided into2groups. Theobservation group (PPH combine with Zini Decoction)30cases,control groups (PPH)30cases.Observed it’s changes of symptoms and signs of before and after treatment. Onthe basis of two groups symptom integral recurrence, postoperative recovery, postoperativefollow-up to compare the clinical efficacy.Statistical analysis to evaluate the therapeuticeffect.Results：1.Comparison of clinical effect between two groups after3weeks: treatmentgroup,30cases,the total effective rate96.7%,the significantly efective rate90%,the efeetiverate6.7%,the ineffective rate3.3%; The control group,30patients the total effective rate93.4%,the significantly efective rate66.7%,the efeetive rate26.7%,the ineffective rate6.6%;Statistical tests show it’s meaningful（p<0.05）.So reach a decision: the observed group isbetter than that of control group.2.There are varying degree of change in the comparison between two groups,beforeand after therapy of clinical symptoms（p<0.05）.It showed statistically significant,in the interms of the relevant symptom score between the two groups,after treatment（p<0.05）,proved that the observed group is better than that of control group.There were nostatistically significants between the two groups in the curative effects of endless sense ofdefecation,defecation frequency and rectal examination（p>0.05）.3.We did Follow-ups,3months,6months,1year after the surgery.Comparation of therelapse rate between two groups showed that that the observed group is better than that ofcontrol group（p>0.05）.4. We can learn it easily that there was no significant difference between the two groups from the longitudinal comparison of postoperative anal pain, wound infection, anal function,length of stay, recovery information and statistical data analysis. So in a certain senses,you can say that it have no clear advantage n terms of the control group, in the above areas.Conclusion： Many aspects proved that we can draw a significant effect in thetreatment of IRPTC(Spleen-type gase trap) treated by PPH combine Zini Decoction. It hassuch a long-term effect and effectively improves the clinical symptoms, improve qualitiesof patients’ lives.
