| Objective: This project studied qi mi patients through randomized clinical trials,and treated them with shunqitongfu decoction under the guidance of professor xiongzhiyan.Randomly divided into experimental group and control group,the experimental group was treated with shunqitongfu decoction,and the control group was treated with pruchabili tablets,to observe the improvement of patients' primary and secondary symptoms and safety evaluation.Methods: This topic selection between January 2019 and December 2019,the second affiliated hospital of hunan university of TCM anorectal outpatient and the inpatient TCM diagnosis for air and the secret type constipation,and at the same time,western medicine diagnosis of 73 patients of chronic constipation,73 patients were randomly divided into trial group and control group,experimental group 36 cases,control group of 37 cases,aged 18 to 60 patients,patients with traditional Chinese medicine qi tong relieving decoction(radix aucklandiae,radix linderae,6 g,6 g hovenia dulcis 10 g,10 g aloes,betelnut 10 g,10 g,radix bupleuri,radix paeoniae alba 20 g,12 g atractylodes,radix et rhizoma rhei 10 g(after)below)oral,The medicine was prepared by the decoction machine of the second affiliated hospital of hunan university of traditional Chinese medicine,one dose per day,twice a day,one bag each time.The control group was given pulucapride tablets orally,1 time a day,1 tablet a time.Both the experimental group and the control group were treated with drugs orally for 4 weeks,and then the efficacy and safety indexes of the patients in the two groups were observed.Follow-up was conducted after 2 months of treatment.Results: There was no significant difference in age,gender,course of disease and severity between the experimental group and the treatment group before and after treatment,which was comparable(P >,0.05).After treatment,the symptoms of the two groups were improved,and the total score before and after treatment and the comparison of TCM efficacy between the two groups were statistically significant(P < 0.05).The total effective rate of the experimental group was 92.00%.The total effective rate of the control group was 72.97%,indicating that both groups could improve constipation symptoms,but the efficacy of the experimental group was better than that of the control group.The P values of the efficacy scores of the main symptoms in the experimental group were 0.018 and 0.020,respectively,and the P values were P<0.05,indicating that the differences were statistically significant and better than the control group.In the test group,the P value of the main symptoms of defecation time and the main symptoms of fecal characteristics were 0.005,0.001,and P < 0.01,respectively.The difference was statistically significant,indicating that it was significantly better than the control group.In the experimental group,the efficacy score of secondary symptoms such as enteric vector qi was P=0.016,and the P values were all P < 0.05,which was better than the control group.The P value of the curative effect of belching and pleural ruffianthus was 0.064 and 0.068,respectively,and there was no significant difference between P > and 0.05.In the follow-up after 2 months,the recurrence rate of purucapril tablets in the shunqitongfu group was 7.40%,which was 41.38%.The recurrence rate of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant,P=0.005(P<0.05).Conclusion: qi,relieving decoction gas and the secret of clinical curative effect,treatment process and no obvious adverse reaction was found in all the follow-up,main symptoms(time interval,and the difficulty,the excrement characters,and not the sense)and the secondary symptoms bowel vector(gas,gas,chest,a new full)curative effect is distinct,is a kind of safe and effective prescription,and the curative effect is superior to the general reed card will benefit,long-term efficacy and safety are better,worthy of clinical promotion. |
