| ObjectiveObjective:Primary Dysmenorrhea is the common gynaecopathia.It has two trait,outbreat time after time and hard to recover,and Western medicine have no good treatment for it,so it influences women's health in body and mentality,living and working seriously.This reserch is about using TCD therapy to cure Primary Dysmenorrhea with the type of QI STAGNATION BLOOD STASIS Treated,according to the datum and result which are got from the clinic observe,I want to know the curative effect and safty of this method,and to explore the probably mechanism.Methods:Select 60 patients who consistent with the diagnostic criteria of Primary Dysmenorrhea then randomly divided into the treated group(n=30) and the control group (n=30).Set up control group of ibuprofen,experiment group of Chinese crude drug.After treating for 3 menstrual cycles,assayed clinical symptom,dysmenorrheal score,clinical traditional Chinese medicine symptom score and serum levels of hemorrheology to contrast clinical therapeutic effect of the two groups.Results:1.Experiment group and control group have no significant deviation(P＞0.05) in ages, course of disease,levels of dysmenorrheal,dysmenorrheal score and clinical traditional Chinese medicine symptom score.2.The two groups have significant deviation(P＜0.05) in levels of dysmenorrheal, dysmenorrheal score and clinical traditional Chinese medicine symptom score.3.Serum levels of hemorrheology decreased in the treated group(P＜0.05),but there was no significantly changes in the control group(P＞0.05).4.The dysmenorrheal score and clinical traditional Chinese medicine symptom score dropped in both groups(P＜0.01),and it was lower in the treated group than that in the control group(P＜0.05).5.There was no relationship between levels of dysmenorrheal and curative effect the experiment group.But there have significant deviation(P＜0.05) the serious dysmenorrheal level to the other levels.6.In the treated group,there have significant deviation(P＜0.01) in levels of dysmenorrheal at different treated time. Conclusions:Chinese medicine could alleviate clinical symptoms of Primary Dysmenorrhea patients.It could reduce the levels of dysmenorrheal,dysmenorrheal score and clinical traditional Chinese medicine symptom score. |
