Clinical Study On Sanhuang Pingfeng Pastes In Treating Recurrent Respiratory Tract Infections In Children

Objective Verify Sanhuang Pingfeng pastes of curative effect on treatment of infantilerecurrent respiratory tract infections，and exploring its action mechanism;Acupointsticking therapy for clinically safe and effective basis;On the treatment of childrenwith recurrent respiratory tract infection to provide economic treatment is convenient,safe, and effective method of treatment.Methods Collect the group meets the standards of children with recurrent respiratorytract infection in72cases, were randomly divided into control group and treatmentgroup, the control group were treated (administered levamisole tablets), the treatmentgroup were treated with acupoint sticking therapy, the main clinical symptoms of thedisease, the integral mean monthly seizure of serum IgA, IgG, IgM, CD3, CD4, CD8and CD4/CD8were observed, observe the change of3months,6months,12months oftwo groups before treatment and after treatment, deal with the data by SPSS20.0statistics software.Results After treatment for3months,6months,12months, the total efficiency of: inthe treatment group were75.8%,81.8%,93.9%, control group were71.9%,75%,84.4%, the treatment group than the control group,3months,6months withoutstatistical significance, there was statistical significance (P<0.05).②In the aspect ofimproving integral with TCM syndrome, treatment groups were compared after3months of no statistical significance (P>0.05), a statistically significant6month,12months (P <0.05); the within group comparisons,3months after treatment,6months,12months of treatment group and control group. The immune globulin: comparison of treatmentIgG group after3months of no statistical significance (P>0.05),after treatment for6 months and12months were statistically significant (P<0.05) within the group,treatment group3months after treatment,no statistical significance (P>0.05),6monthsand there were12months of significance (P <0.05); compared with IgM group andcontrol group after treatment3,6,12months had no statistical significance(P>0.05);compared with the IgA group after3months and6months had no statisticalsignificance (P>0.05), there was statistical significance the12month (P<0.05),ingroup were compared after treatment,3months,6months had no statistical significance(P>0.05),a statistically significant12month (P<0.05), the control group after treatmentfor3months,6months,12months showed no statistical significance (P>0.05);④TheT cell subsets: comparison between CD3group and control group after treatment for3months,6for12months had no statistical significance (P>0.05);Compared with theCD4group after3months and6months had no statistical significance (P>0.05),therewas significance of12months (P<0.05) within the group, treatment group3monthsafter treatment, no statistical significance (P>0.05),6months and12months Statisticalsignificance (P<0.05), control group3months after treatment,6months had nostatistical significance (P>0.05),a statistically significant12month (P<0.05);CD8twobetween groups and within groups after treatment for3months,6months,12monthshad no statistical significance (P>0.05); compared with the CD4/CD8group after3months of no statistical significance (P>0.05),a statistically significant6month,12months (P<0.05);Group, treatment group3months after treatment, no statisticalsignificance (P>0.05),there was statistically significant at6months and12months(P<0.05),control group after treatment3,6,12months had no statistical significance(P>0.05).Conclusion Sanhuang Pingfeng pastes in treating recurrent respiratory tract infectionsin children have stable efficacy.Sanhuang Pingfeng pastes Acupoint stickingtherapy can affect the immunoglobulin and T cell subsets in order to improve theimmunity of children.②Sanhuang Pingfeng pastes acupoint can improve immuneglobulin (IgG,IgA) and T cell subsets(CD4, CD4/CD8),improve the immunity ofchildren;③Sanhuang Pingfeng pastes Acupoint stickingtherapy cansignificantly improve the clinical symptoms and signs, reduce the incidence of thisdisease in children, reduce the severity of the disease, improve the quality of lifeof patients, and high safety.
