A Retrospective Study On The Treatment Of Recurrent Respiratory Tract Infection In Children With "Wangshi Yuping Pastes"

Objective:the use of "Wangshi Yuping pastes" in the dog days of children with recurrent respiratory tract infection by sticking therapy,evaluation of "Wangshi Yuping pastes sticking for the treatment of seizures in children with recurrent respiratory tract infection,acute exacerbation of the main symptoms of respiratory tract infection of type;The evaluation of children by "Wangshi Yuping pastes"attached to the relationship between efficacy and course of treatment after the intervention,observation of adverse reactions in children with sticking therapy,to provide clinical basis for the feasibility of the therapy.Methods:Selected 100 cases of children with recurrent respiratory tract infection in,dog dog days a year to Mofu use "Wangshi Yuping pastes" sticking therapy,a total of ten times,two times the sticking time between at least 2 days,sticking 1-3 years,the occurrence of respiratory tract infection,the observation time each year sticking after treatment of diseases,disease.Every time sticking treatment of the primary disease after acute period and the improvement of syndrome integral contrast contrast,local skin reactions sticking after treatment.Results:(1)"Wangshi Yuping pastes" sticking therapy in children with recurrent respiratory tract infection in 1,2,3 times of the total effective rate were 80.77%,90.70%and 95.65%;significant efficiency were 15.38%,32.56%and 60.87%,the treatment effect is proportional to the course of treatment.(2)The treatment of 1,2,3 year incidence percentage had no obvious difference compared to downgrade,apply paste and course of disease degradation percentage of the number of cases is increasing year by year,in the course of degradation,second times higher than that of the first year,third years is much higher than that of second years,third years in the disease degradation is much higher than first and second years.(3)before and after 1,2,3 treatment sticking infection period of main symptom score were significantly reduced.(4)"Wangshi Yuping pastes" on anorexia,lassitude,sweating volume,abnormal stool improved.(5)in the application process,only 6 cases occurred in children with mild skin reaction,without breaking the skin blisters break,safety of "Wangshi Yuping pastes" on the treatment.Conclusion:(1)The effective rate of 1,2,3 for the treatment of children with RRTI dressing increased year by year,with the increase of treatment course,"Wangshi Yuping pastes "sticking therapy for children with the treatment of RRTI was positively related to the course.(2)with the increase of sticking treatment,children with RRTI disease,the course of degradation effect is more significant,sticking treatment of disease downgrade,shorten the duration of the effect is particularly significant in third years.(3)sticking after treatment can improve children anorexia,lassitude and fatigue,sweating more than the amount of time,in the abnormal stool.(4)the drug clinical medication safety.
