Enter 21st century, knowledge capital has gained its critical position in dominating the process of economy developing. The competition between enterprises has also shifted from natural resources and cost control to talents. The growing of economy, the rising of living standard, all contribute to the quick expanding of the medical and health facilities in our country. As knowledge concentrated industry, the competitive capacity of a hospital mainly depends on its storage in knowledge capital and human resource. Today's hospital is no longer that non-profitable one under the planning economy; it must have strong and long-lasting competitive capacity to survive under market economy. To keep itself undefeated during the harsh Competition, a hospital must build a rational and scientific training system to promote its staff's knowledge and skill.Using S Hospital as a living example, the essay, by utilizing basic training theory and studying the basic training model, illustrates the topic in five parts. In the first one, the significance of training background, the content and the method of the research are being explained. The second one talks about the evolution of the relevant training theory, the tendency of training developing, the model of the training and the style of the training. The third one gives a brief introduction of S Hospital and points out the defectives in its training program. The fourth chapter redesigns a training system in a systematic model. The fifth one mainly deals with the training effect. Hoping that the new training system could be helpful to realize the strategy and destination of S Hospital could help to promote the overall standard of the medical staff and reinforce the competitive capacity of S Hospital, could do its contribution to the perfection of training system in other medical and health facilities.
