Under the background of the current era of knowledge economy,human capital is the driving force for the continuous development of enterprises.The improvement of human capital quality lies in staff training.Zaozhuang City Hospital has paid less attention to staff training and it will inevitably affect its long-term development.Selecting new employees of Zaozhuang City Hospital as research subjects,adopting questionnaire surveys,personal interviews,and other methods,from the aspect of training effect evaluation,designing questionnaires according to Kirkpatrick's four-level model to collect satisfaction of new levels of employees at different levels.Indicators and problems reflected,the entire training process was searched on the issue of the obvious training effect,and the specific problems in the training of new employees were reversed.In response to the problems existing in the training and training of new employees,the relevant improvement suggestions obtained from the research are given,that is,to optimize Zaozhuang through the leadership of the leaders,the guidance of demand guidance,the diversification of training methods,the improvement of the training system for new employees,and the addition of new employee training assessments.The training process for new employees in the City Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine;at the same time,in the optimization of research countermeasures,innovative training assessment factors were added,and the specific weight ratios of different factors in the training assessment were set,and the training and transformation results were used as motivation factors.Promote the transformation of training results in order to optimize the training of new employees in the Chinese Hospital of Zaozhuang City.The study on the training of new employees in the Chinese Hospital of Zaozhuang will help us understand the current status of the training of new employees in the Chinese Hospital of Zaozhuang City and deepen our understanding of human resources management training at the current stage.Through research on the optimization of training for new employees in the Chinese Hospital of Zaozhuang,we hope to The solution to such problems will be extended to various other industries in Zaozhuang City so as to provide feasible opinions and suggestions for similar issues.
