Using telephone interviews, select5provincial three-level hospitals from the three District, Gulou, Taijiang, Jin’an respectively, summarize the traditional dispute resolution mode through interviews, compare the advantages and disadvantages of the third-party new mediation model, and understand the medical institutions medical dispute department (Medical Science) recognition of third-party mediation and recommendations for future development patterns. At the same time to fuzhou third-party mediation disposal center interviews as a research object, understand the center running status.Ⅲ. Design Written questionnaire, use closed and open-combining form, and extract160cases of hospitalized patients (stratified sampling with women and children inside and outside) from one provincial three-level hospital, and medical staff120cases (stratified sampling with women and children inside and outside), conduct investigations on both doctors and patients know the extent of the advantages and disadvantages and other issues in third-party mediation mode, in order to understand the degree of satisfaction of practical application, and provide the basis for further improvement suggestions. The research results:1.The current system of laws and regulations are wait to be improved, the traditional approach in dealing with the legal basis and institutional level are relatively weak, There must be laws for disputes to follow.2.The third-party mediation emerges to adapt to the needs of society,and plays a positive role in the mitigation of conflict between doctors and patients, the doctor-patient calm communication, social stability and harmony, but the lack of mediation team, professional standards, etc. are also factors influencing the running of mediation.3. The degree of satisfactory between two sides needs improving, achieve both dynamic equilibrium points, so the third-party mediation mode can be conducted effectively, efficiently and continuously, and then protect the legitimate interests of both doctors and patients.Conclusion:1. Social conflicts upgrade, patient disputes and conflicts intensified, have the demand for new processing mode.2. The new third-party mediation mode has made some achievements in the practical application, but there is still some insufficient.3.
