Objective Psychological intervention on college students neurosis patientsand to evaluate the intervention effect; by exploring the two major classes ofpsycho-social personality traits and parental rearing factors on college studentsneurosis, reducing the incidence of neurosis for Ningxia universities students,prevention students neurosis provide a theoretical basis.Methods1.Select Students UPI data of Ningxia2010the two universities,survey psychological conditions of the first kind of psychological problems ofstudents with SCL-90. SCL-90total score over160points, or number of positiveitems more than43college students to meet with interviews, by clinicians todiagnose neurosis.2.64diagnosed neurosis students as study objects, researchtheir level of metal health and coping style, to psychological intervention;randomly selected64students as a control group(without intervention). After sixmonths re-evaluation the two groups of students’ mental health and coping stylechanges.3.Using EPQ and EMBU to explore the risk factors associated with theincidence of neurosis.Results1.Neurosis students SCL-90total score and factor scores werelower than the control group and the national norm before psychologicalintervention;2. Neurosis students CSQ, immature response factor points such asself-blame, avoidance and so on higher than that in the control group, scores ofmature coping such as problem-solving, help etc lower than the control groupbefore intervention.3.The neurosis students’ personality traits is introversion unstable.4.Parental rearing behavior of the study group is tend to punishment,rejection, denial, lack of emotional warmth and understanding.5.Personality andparents to punish severely, refused to deny that was a significant positivecorrelation (p<0.05), with warmth,understanding and preference factors showeda significant correlation(p<0.05).6.The study group SCL-90total score andfactor scores decreased significantly compared with itself afterintervention(p<0.05);7.Coping style: self-blame, avoidance factor scoresdecreased significantly(p<0.05); problem-solving, help factor scoressignificantly increased(p<0.05) after psychological intervention;8.Studentsself-evaluation after the intervention increased markedly, enhancedself-confidence, interpersonal communication increased, the increase inextra-curricular activities, improved academic performance.Conclusion1.Students neurosis the patient’s mental health is a lowerlevel, coping style is not mature enough.2.Personality defect is one of thepredisposing factors of neurosis; Parents improper parenting is closely related tothe incidence of neurosis.3.Implementation of the psychological intervention,the neurosis students’ psychological health was significantly improved,response to mature in the way the factor scores increased significantly.4.Thestudy design of psychological interventions have a effect on college studentsneurosis.
