A Study On Ecological High-standard Primary Farmland Demarcation

In our country, during the construction of high standard of basic farmland, Highlight the ecological construction is the most important assignment in quality of cultivated land protection. From now on the major issue is to solve the ecological high standard of basic farmland criterion, and how to set up the Evaluation standard.Our research was to take Tangshan LuanXian for example. Used AHP and21indicators to establish the index system of ecological high standard farmland via five aspects, they are natural ecology, landscape ecological factors, water conservancy ecological factors, regional ecological factors and the public participation. According to the actual circumstance of LuanXian, we built the factor score of each index by conformed the opinion of experts and farmers, and the policies and regulations from government. We united the data "use grade" from LuanXian arable land classification to verify the quality of High standard basic arable land and the capacity of Overall grain production, whether they can satisfy the food needs in future.We designed the ecological high standard farmland construction area, which more than70points in the evaluation unit. To produce the distribution defined figure of LuanXian ecological high standard farmland via Arcgis9.3and Excel, through on-the-spot investigation result, the results show that:the system can suit the index point, it also can satisfy the quality of cultivated land and grain yield. Those methods have the scientific feasibility to support the future theory of the construction of China’s ecological high standard farmland.
