Design And Research Of Jiangxi Province Xinzhou District Shaxi Town,Village Leader Of High Standard Farmland

With the increase of population in our country, the contradiction between man and land is becoming more and more serious, and the problem of food security should be solved urgently. The root cause to solve the problem of food security is to protect arable land, construction of high standard farmland is an important content of the cultivated land protection. System analyzing the foreign scholars for cultivated land quality and cultivated land protection,and domestic scholars for the high standard farmland construction and relevant laws, land remediation content of research, and the concept of basic farmland, a high standard of basic farmland, high standard farmland were studied. Secondly, this paper according to the situation in the study area(including social economic conditions, natural and geographical conditions and the present situation of the project),the analysis of balance of water resources in the study area and the natural disasters, designing the overall layout of the project and the individual project. And the social benefit, economic benefit and ecological benefit of the construction project in the research area are analyzed and summarized. Draw a conclusion, after the high standard farmland construction, the study area made good social benefit, economic benefit and ecological benefit, after the completion of the construction of high standard farmland area will achieve "to irrigation drought, waterlogging drainage" irrigation networks. Last,for the construction of high standard farmland, it puts forward suggestions to strengthen the management of specialized and standardized management, to encourage grassroots organizations and farmers to actively participate in the project construction and to promote scientific research and innovation.
