Study On The Effect Of High-standard Farmland Construction In Bazhou

The construction of high-standard farmland is an important method to improve the comprehensive productivity of cultivated land,to alleviate the contradiction between increasing people and decreasing land,and to ensure the food security.It is the crucial carrier to develop the modern agricultural industrial system of "intensive,specialized,organized and market-oriented".It is also the only way to achieve the fusion of productivity villages and urban-rural integration.This paper collects basic data by consulting relevant literature and consultant experts to confirm that the criterion layer of high standard farmland construction benefit in Bazhou District are economic benefit,social benefit and ecological benefit.The economic benefit indexes include agricultural multiple cropping index,yield per acre,crop framing output value,and per capital net income,etc.The social benefit indexes cover contribution rate of agricultural science and technology,density of field roads,and crowd's satisfaction,etc.The ecological benefits incorporate the improvement situation of water and soil erosion,soil fertility grade,and irrigation guarantee rate,etc.Then,using analytic hierarchy process(AHP),two-two comparison method,and nine-level scaling method and so on to establish the high standard farmland benefit analysis evaluation system which consists of goal level,criterion level and index level,and calculating the weight of each index.Based on the analysis and evaluation system of the basic data obtained by reference to literature and field survey,the effects of the construction of high-standard farmland in different terrain areas inBazhou District were evaluated,and the results of the construction of high-standard farmland in different terrain areas inBazhou District were obtained,and the reasons for the differences were analyzed.Based on the analysis of the reasons for the difference in the effects of high-standard farmland construction in different terrain areas,this paper discusses the problems existing in the construction of high-standard farmland in Bazhou District and discusses the corresponding opinions and suggestions.
