With China’s food security problems continue to increase, the state of the cultivatedland quantity and quality is becoming more and more attention, which from the basicfarmland finishing now upgraded to a high standard of farmland. At present, from theincrease in the amount of cultivated land to improve the quality of cultivated landtransformation. Vigorously in low-yielding farmland, improve the quality of cultivatedland, building high-standard farmland, a significant increase in the proportion ofhigh-grade farmland, and actively promote the construction of modern agriculture, it isour primary task to carry out high-standard farmland construction. However, it is acommon problem of China’s farmland that the cultivated area, high quality arable land,grain production capacity is low. Due to the country to carry out the construction of highstandard farmland in the aspect of funds are impossible to meet all of the farmlandtransformation, in the "twelfth five-year" period, China finalized only4million hectaresof high-standard farmland construction work. Faced with low food production, the fieldthe present situation of the poor infrastructure, high standard farmland construction inChina the region’s location is particularly important. Therefore, through GIS analysis thecurrent situation of farmland, the right decisions out of the construction of high standardfarmland area, the smooth development of our high-standard farmland construction,substantial increase in grain production capacity has a practical significance.In this article, through the analysis of the present situation and the existing problemsof farmland in JiangXi province, for example, the JinXian county basic farmland, whichusing the utilization present situation chart, soil sampling point data, infrastructureconditions to carry out the construction of high-standard farmland., With the support ofGIS software, through the layer stack, spatial analysis, and other functions. According tothe decision-making results, carrying out the planning and designing of the high standardof farmland content. This article is mainly from six aspects of JinXian county arable landfor construction to improve soil quality, and perfect facilities, such as, land levelingengineering, irrigation and drainage engineering, road engineering field, farmlandprotection engineering, soil fertilizer and the late management. It is advantageous for themechanized farming in the field of high yield farmland. The research results show thatbased on the research of the construction of high standard farmland area location,increased administrative department to understand the present situation of farmland, thehigh standard farmland construction work to improve the state of farmland plays thebiggest role.
