Research On Performance Index Of LE Company Engineering Management Based On Balanced Scorecard

The real estate industry is a very competitive industry, so the real economy often fluctuate like ebbs and flows. From the perspective of enterprise management, the competitiveness among real estate enterprises is actually a competitiveness of outstanding professionals to a certain extent. If one enterprise wants to put itself in an invincible position, it must do well in human resources development and management, and establishing a comprehensive set of fair, reasonable, scientific and effective performance management system. The various large-scale real estate development companies have undertaken extensive exploration and attempt in recent years, including introducing KPI(key performance indicator), MBO(management by objectives), BSC(balanced scorecard) and other performance management models and tools. BSC is an innovative and progressive of strategic management mode in modern enterprise, as generalizing and summarizing the advanced Euro-Americans management experience. It evaluate the enterprise performance and the strategic execution timely and accurately through four appraisal aspects of financial, customer, internal operations and learning and growth.This study focused on the particularity of project management in real estate, and tried to establish a scientific performance assessment system based on the BSC by studying the performance indicator of project managerial position. We studied the particularity of project managerial position in LE real estate development company, from the perspective of the long-term strategic goals and short-term project management objectives of this company, divided the strategic objectives and project management objectives into four aspects as financial, customer, internal operations and learning and growth. Introduced the BSC theory as a theoretical basis for building the performance assessment system of project managerial position in company, and elaborated how to introduce the scientific and systematic performance assessment system based on BSC to project managerial in real estate development company.
