Study On Cost Control Of Food Raw Materials In State - Owned Star Hotels

Hotel management at present mainly through normative standards,meticulous process to establish a consistent products and services,and management of the operation system of thinking to reduce food costs and expenses of instances were rare.In the hotel food and beverage operations in the stand or fall of cost and expense control often decides the profit and loss of the hotel. In the state-owned hotel in the management of cost control,because there is no chain of scale,not well established product management costs,food raw material cost management becomes the key to food and beverage cost control.
