With China’s economy ranked second in the world overall, the hotel industry as the third industry, got the opportunity of rapid development into the 21st century, China is only 23 budget hotels, number of rooms not more than 3000. As of the end of 2013, the number of Chinese economy hotel stores over 10,000, more than 100,000 the number of rooms, number of rooms and the number of stores the Chinese economy hotel in just 13 years, respectively, an increase of 400 times and 300 times. Increasingly fierce market competition, improve the standard of the hotel management a top priority.However, the hotel industry increasingly competitive, especially in high-end hotel, the quantity and growing fast, but the monotony of the hotel’s services, there are few areas of innovation, which indicates the degree of homogeneity of the hotel service is very high Rapid development in order to improve competitiveness and stability dominate the market, improve their internal risk control is the only way. This paper on the state-star hotel internal risk control study from the perspective of internal risk control analysis of China’s state-owned Hotel XX internal risk control problems and internal risk control system recommendations for improvement.This paper focuses on internal risk control XX hotel were studied. Specific research in the following order:The first part of the introduction, were pointed out the background and motives, methods and content architecture topics; and the relevant research results at home and abroad were reviewed and compared.The second part is related to the theoretical analysis of state-star hotel internal risk control. The main analysis of the meaning, objectives and basic principles of internal risk control, and highlights and analysis of the relevant regulations and systems of internal risk control and sort out the basic framework of state-star hotel in the content of internal risk control.The third part is the internal risk control status of state-owned hotel, problems and causes. From the overall perspective of state-owned four-star hotel industry, the status quo of China’s hotel industry risks, problems and the causes for the overall analysis, and carried out a detailed analysis of receivables from sales and procurement and payment links and links; addition, discusses the state-owned reasons for inadequate internal risk control hotel; while specific issues of state-owned four-star hotel XX were based on case studies.This paper analyzes the four chapters of the front and found weaknesses in our internal risk control of state-owned hotel company focused on the internal risk control aspects of internal control and procurement and payment of sales and receivables. Specific to the hotel in terms of XX, XX hotel sales and receipts cycle internal risk control systems exist responsibilities are not clearly demarcated, document management is not standardized, business process control design is not tight, no accounts receivable control system, internal audit system is weak, etc. problem; in procurement and payment aspects of internal risk control system exists procurement arbitrariness, lack of reasonable procurement standards, the lack of oversight of procurement, the lack of scientific bulk purchasing program and other issues. Therefore, how to make up for these deficiencies become state-owned hotel company to improve our internal risk control level, improve the status of state-owned hotel business, enhance the market competitiveness of an important issue.To answer this question, the article XX four-star hotel in internal risk control, for example, starting from key procurement and sales and receipts and payments of two internal risk control is proposed to improve the state-owned four-star hotel XX internal risk control countermeasures and suggestions, ideas elaborated XX overall design of state-owned four star hotel procurement and sales and receipts and payments, key links, and basic procedures and content. This design can effectively improve the system of internal risk control status of XX hotel, hotel for other state-owned enterprises to improve their internal risk control level also has a certain significance.
