Qingdao XX Construction Engineering Co., Ltd. was founded in2003, theregistered capital is RMB60,000,000, and it has more than150employees now. Thiscompany is a typical Small and medium-sized enterprises, the main business isMunicipal construction. Although the company has established a complete set ofhuman resources management system primarily, but there are still many systemproblems from the perspective of practical implementation of the results, where theincentive mechanism problems especially. Based on the research for the incentive ofQingdao XX Construction Engineering Co., Ltd., we found this company had manyproblems such as unreasonable wage-fixing, neglected contribution of work,performance evaluation become a mere formality, single way of promotion,unmatched training and demand, and other problems. The staffs’ motivation isgenerally not very high and their creativity continuously decline, even led to a largenumber loss of outstanding talents, because of the unreasonable excitation mechanism.Therefore, how to optimize and improve the company’s incentive mechanism andreactivate the company’s human resource management become the most urgentproblem to be solved, in order to promote further development of the company in thefierce competition in the industry. Based on major theories of incentive, through theanalysis of the incentive mechanism and combined with the current situation ofcompany, we study the aspects of incentive mechanism of Qingdao XX ConstructionEngineering Co., Ltd. from salary, performance appraisal, career training, andpropose some corresponding solving actions about incentive measures for differentjobs. Through the study of domestic enterprises, we realize the effective motivationof staff and provide a reference of the thinking and methods about incentivemechanism.
