With the increasing competition in the market,the survival and development of the enterprise pressure continues to increase,human resource management has become one of the important development strategy of enterprises,has been attached importance to and strengthened.International experience shows that the implementation of a perfect human resource management mechanism helps to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises in an all-round way.TianHai electric group is a large-scale production and sales of auto parts enterprises,it has made great achievements in the development in recent years,but the original human resource management mechanism has been difficult to adapt to the needs of enterprise development,we must conduct a comprehensive improvement to the.At present,the situation of human resource management restricts the development of the company.If it is not perfected,it will affect the long-term goal of the company.This paper analyzes the problems in human resource management,such as the mismatch between human resource management model and company reality,the closeness is too strong,the lack of linkage and coordination between departments,etc..This paper investigates from the organizational structure,staff recruitment and configuration aspects,on this basis,a detailed analysis of its human resources management,in which to analyze the problems and gives feasible suggestions and countermeasures.This paper combines the research results of scholars at home and abroad,the current situation of human resources management TianHai electrical appliance group is analyzed,it is found that the present TianHai electric group and there are still many problems in the recruitment and selection of employees,employee performance appraisal,staff training,staff salaries and so on,these problems directly lead to the TianHai electric group human resource management mechanism to adapt to the development of the group.Therefore,this paper focuses on its organizational structure,employee recruitment and selection,employee performance appraisal,employee training,employee compensation,and made a systematic improvement and design,and put forward the perfect improvement plan.At the same time,the implementation and application of human resource management system to improve the design of a comprehensive analysis,and scientific evaluation of the application effect of using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,based on the results,points out the deficiencies and further improvement measures.
