This article by BYS company how to realize the reality of human resources to support the company development needs, looking for relevant theoretical support, BYS company human resources management as the research object, to restrict BYS company strategic development of the main problems of human resources is analyzed, in order to ask questions, analysis problem, the basic train of thought to solve the problem lay the foundation for the later paper.
