Stress has become a global common problem in modern society.According to research data released by Regus in 2012,China currently ranks as the most pressured country in the world.Work pressure is having a profound effect on individuals,organizations and society.Excessive work stress will cause great harm to the physical and mental health of the organization members and organizational performance,e.g.,a decline in organization members satisfaction,causing anxiety,depression and even emotional exhaustion(Burnout),resulting in high turnover and high absenteeism.rate.On the other side,with the continuous improvement of the market,business managers have begun to attach importance to the rational introduction,distribution and training of human resources from concept to practice.The status of human resources has rapidly risen and the market is in urgent need of a large number of high-quality human resources practitioners.Under the new career development model,human resource practitioners' standards of success,professional development paths,organizational and employee psychological contracts,and employment relationships are quite different from those of the past.The constant standardization,specialization and professionalization of the human resources management industry will bring tremendous professional development pressure to the professionals who are engaged in the industry.This paper takes the work pressure of private-owned enterprises' human resources practitioners as the study entry point,discusses their stress levels and causes,and aims to demonstrate the extent of their work pressure,specific characterizations,and stress sources through empirical research to analyze the characteristics of their performance.The existing problems,influencing factors,etc.,finally put forward a coping strategy from the perspective of work stress management,aiming to provide reference for pressure management in the workplace.The first part,as an introduction,mainly introduces the background,purpose and significance of the study,summarizes the literature,and sorts out the existing research results.The second part,summary of relevant concepts and theories,thoroughly interpreted the concept of stress,work stress,work stress,work stress response and work stress management.Based on previous research,the concept and extension of relevant concepts are clarified,explaining the relevant theories of work stress,including traditional theory,interaction theory,work demand-control model theory,which lay a theoretical foundation for later research.The third part,as focus of this paper,is an empirical research on the work pressure of private-owned enterprises' human resources practitioners,introducing the implementation and implementation of the empirical method,process questionnaire survey data,uses Spss17.0 software for data analysis,and summarizes the situation,specific representation and influencing factors of the work pressure of private-owned enterprises' human resources practitioners.The fourth part combs and summarizes the results of empirical analysis,and gives an answer in three major research issues on “the status quo of the work pressure of private-owned enterprises' human resources practitioners”,the “characteristics of the work pressure of private-owned enterprises' human resources practitioners,” and “the reasons that cause the work pressure of private-owned enterprises' human resources practitioners to be high".The fifth part is the response and management of the work pressure of the human resource practitioners in private enterprises.From the perspectives of individuals and organizations,we discuss how to conduct stress interventions in terms of working conditions,interpersonal relationships,career development,organizational structure,and family work.
