Business Travel is an activity for business, there are many stakeholders related to it. Business Travel is different from traditional travel; it has close relation to the corporations, organizations and government. We can not easily analyze business travel by using normal tourism management theories. Therefore, the research in this field is not only for the optimizing the company’s management but also benefit for Travel Industry especially corporate travel management industry.Along with the development of China’s economy, especially after2002American Express stationed in China, establish the first Sino-US Business Travel Management Company, Business travel industry become one of an important tourism market branch in China al. Domestic market gradually being cultivated, people’s knowledge on business travel expense control are also getting more and more in depth. According to the report published by Global Business Travel Association, China is the world second largest business travel market and will exceed America in2015to be the largest one. Thus the needs on business travel management are increasing.This article will draw on the knowledge of stakeholder theory; analyze all the stakeholders related to business travel management in a more in-depth way. The stakeholders are include:Travel Management Company, Business Travel En-Users (Corporate and individual), and the hotels, airlines who related to business travel, discuss their connections and differences, which restricted business travel management. Also this article will cover how to crack their differences, seek common ground. To maximize the benefits is the key focus of this article. Unlike in the past, this article is not from business travel Management Company’s perspective to analyze how to increase its profit, but to treat corporate travel management as a whole project, analyze various factors involved in the whole industry chain and explore the road path of how to achieve and improve business travel management in current market condition. Through this, hope could provide some help to all the parties in the business travel interest chain.
