In today’s world, gradually speed up the process of economic globalization, the competition between enterprises has become increasingly fierce. Under pressure from the cruel market competition, if enterprises want to survive and development,. As an important part of enterprise management, the role of human resource management is accepted by more and more enterprises. Performance management as the core part of human resource management, and gradually become the starting point and foothold of enterprise management activities and strong point, is to improve the enterprise management efficiency and realize the enterprise strategic target, the core competitiveness of the key factors.Implementation of performance management is a system engineering, its content covers the all the management functions, to managers and by managers provide a simple and standard communication platform, human resources development and management for the enterprise to provide the scientific basis. In addition, the performance of through continuous communication and continuous performance improvement, to boost their enthusiasm and creativity of employees at the same time, also can improve the overall performance of organization or team, is advantageous to the enterprise management level of ascension, to become an effective way to drive enterprise future development.This paper revolves around "XC company performance management level countermeasures" study, the article to research content mainly includes three aspects:first, from the literature of summing up the theoretical basis of this study, according to research on the theory of domestic and foreign existing research emphasis of this paper. Second, XC company performance management status in detail and the analysis of the system, on this basis, to find the company the deficiencies and problems in performance management; Finally, integrating theory with practice, put forward based on SPM system model of XC company performance management level promotion strategy, to improve the level of XC the company’s performance management and core competitiveness, improve the staffs enthusiasm and creativity, make enterprise strategic target as soon as possible, but also provide useful reference for other enterprises.
