In the world economy integration, information technology, and facilitation of multi-cultural background, business goals and employee personal goals of the relationship has become more complex, how to identify the factors that affect business goals and personal goals cooperativity, find a way to measure the degree of cooperativity, create a harmonious labor relations, and accordingly to take countermeasures, for the company's health and long-term development is therefore tremendously significant.Learning through the management of research methodology, human resource management, the development of the cooperativity theory, we find that the conditions which we study the problems of cooperativity between project goal and the staff goal with the theory and the method of natural science and social science have been ready:First, the main mode of the present study is the integrated use of empirical, qualitative and quantitative methods and speculative methods of combining;Second, the organizational level and individual level study of mutual integration, human resources management research of macro and microscopic phase has been formed;Third, the approach to measure cooperativity has been developed to measure system analysis and synthesis of measurement stage, and at present favors the staff goal has progressed to the phase that the two kinds of goals are unseparated and aid each other organically, cooperativity measuring method to the phase of systematic and conditions to integrate achievements and approaches in natural science and social science in order to do a deep research.The chide clue and main achievements:First, sort out papers from the literature, the expert survey methods, inductive analysis of the wages and benefits, job stability, job changes, job stress, organizational care, autonomy and participation, social recognition, development prospects, organizational structure, system specifications, characteristics, interest in the work, career planning, expectation satisfaction, work ability, work identity, interpersonal relationships, living conditions, values, policies and regulations under the 20 factors the main synergy effects from the company, employees discussed the impact of two angles factor characteristics.Second, based on business goals and employee goals conceptual model of consistency formula: (where, on behalf of efficiency, on behalf of the compliance order, representatives of employee satisfaction, on behalf of employee loyalty, for the weight coefficient), through the Jining district representative business and employee data, the use of factor analysis, obtained the effect of four main factors, respectively, to establish business goals and objectives of cooperative employees of the general measure model to calculate the overall degree of coordination, and collaboration in the calculation of sub-degree level, addressing the region as a whole and hierarchical level under the collaboration.Third, exploratory proposed to establish a business daily control, operation mechanism, starting from basic information gathering, information database to create synergies factors. From the analysis and forecast system, enterprise surveys, the adjustment mechanism, harmonious adjustment operation mechanism and promote the mechanism of four staff deals with how to maintain and enhance the business goals and objectives of cooperative employees.The main research methods are:First , the combination of qualitative and quantitative approach. Using the target management theory, psychological contract theory, motivation theory, organizational support theory and culture theory to sum up the impact business goals and objectives of staff personal synergy factor, using modern statistical methods to determine the core factors that affect the cooperativity . Second , empirical analysis. Corporate goals and employee goals conceptual model of collaborative degrees .The conceptual mode's formula of the cooperativity of project goal and staff goal is F = a1 b1c1X1+a2b1c1X2+b2c1X3+c2X4( X 1 stands for working effiency, X 2degree of following rules and regulations, X 3degree of staff's content, X4 degree of staff's loyalty, a 1,a 2,b1,b 2,c1,c 2), the coefficients of weight-power.Select representative companies of Jining area and employees from different levels of survey data, using factor analysis, combined with cooperativity theoretical model to establish business goals and objectives of staff personal cooperativity model to calculate the degree of overall cooperativity. Using the actual data of the Jining's companies and employees to test the rationality and effectiveness of the model.
