In our country, as the secondary vocational schools of special education teaching reform gradually thorough, the school education pay more attention to the professional skills and abilities of the deaf, diversified channels of employment for the deaf. In order to adapt to the teaching reform, the school in such aspects as curriculum, teaching material selection all did change.Along with the progress of secondary vocational schools of special education idea and the development, the school put forward the corresponding requirements for each course. According to Chinese geographical advantages and the specific situation of the school of technical secondary school, added some professional skills can meet the demand of social class, including video image editor is a representative of a course. With the deepening of the teaching, the problems of teaching gradually, the biggest problem is the teaching material is not applicable. Therefore need to be developed for use in our school’s teaching "image video editing" school-based teaching materials.This subject mainly research the image video editing for the development of school-based curriculum. "Image video editing" school-based teaching material development, is on the basis of the existing school-based teaching material development, computer classes at home and abroad for reference, the theoretical basis on the development of school-based teaching materials, methods, using literature analysis, comparative study method, interview method, by the Chinese technical secondary school teachers and deaf students as the main research object, analyzes the current problems existing in the use of materials, the teachers’ teaching evaluation and textbook expectations, according to the characteristics of the students learning difficulties and students learning, the establishment of school-based teaching material for the huaxia secondary deaf students. Papers in the theoretical basis for study of school-based teaching materials, on the basis of analysis of the curriculum in video image editing difficulties existing in the teaching and learning characteristics of deaf students, to accord with the characteristics of deaf students by the teaching content, to determine the writing goal of school-based teaching material., construct the whole framework of teaching material, and provides the school-based teaching materials of the chapter.Through the research work, we clarify the school-based teaching material development train of thought, to solve the difficulties in the development process, can provide reference for the disabled education school-based teaching material development and reference.
