This paper through analyzing the running mechanism of high-pressure diaphragm pump, using analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive method to evaluate the health of the high pressure diaphragm pump at the same time, adopt the method of workflow for health monitoring and maintenance of high pressure diaphragm pump, finally realize the high pressure diaphragm pump health assessment and maintenance work. By evaluating and maintain the health of the high pressure diaphragm pump to ensure the safety of pipeline transport normal. Thesis detailed work is as follows:(1) Study of high-pressure diaphragm pump health is less, this article through the way of analytic hierarchy process and fuzzy comprehensive method of diaphragm pump health assessment study, the qualitative evaluation and quantitative calculation of organic union to strengthen the scientific nature and effectiveness in the evaluation process.(2) In view of the high pressure diaphragm pump failure of diversity, uncertainty and the characteristics of concurrency, through online survey and consultation to establish high pressure diaphragm pump health index system, the core components to calculate the weight value of each target, and then fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model is set up, and finally determined by maximum membership degree principle high-pressure diaphragm pump health.(3) Establish the health maintenance system of high pressure diaphragm pump based on the workflow, the related parameters according to the three shifts record data, when parameters exceed the threshold at the same time, the system can allow operators report record the corresponding parameter values and step by step, manager can understand relevant information in time, and then realize the related departments and relevant personnel assigned tasks.In this paper, based on the health of the high pressure diaphragm pump, take exploration of health assessment and maintenance method, have reliable basis in theory, which has played a certain reference function for maintaining health assessment of the reciprocating machinery equipment technology research.
