Research And Analysis On Laboratory Equipment Management System Of Computer College Of Guizhou University

With the continuous development of information technology, based on the application of information technology is gradually deepening to all walks of life. School as the main place to receive and learn new resources, it become a member of the application of information technology. Development of university laboratory information management system, not only can promote the improvement of the quality of the experiment, but also to achieve the scientific management of laboratory.According to the area of software engineering design, this paper studies and designs the information management system of university laboratory. Firstly, from the research background, significance and status quo of the system, the status quo of laboratory information management system at home and abroad is analyzed. Secondly, based on the analysis of the relevant theory of the construction of laboratory information management system, combined with the design method of software engineering, the university laboratory information management system analysis and design is done. Using the object-oriented analysis method of UML, starting from the business process analysis, business process of the original system are analyzed, and according to the areas of information management, to optimize business processes; according to the function requirement analysis, including analysis of the role and function of the system system, research and design of the system function from the user’s point of view, use case diagram analysis between business functions and contact with the user, the system is divided into six modules:curriculum management, management of experimental equipment, laboratory supplies management, basic information management and system management, the function of the relationship between the function of the system diagram is analyzed according to the functional analysis; the results, through the detailed analysis of the system data structure diagram of abbreviations, entities and attributes of system data obtained on the basis of Entity relationship, the database design, including 19 database tables.
