Analysis And Design Of Open Laboratory Management Information System

As the base for training medical professionals who can meet the requi rements of the developing era and face the challenges in the21st century with good theoretical knowledge and practical skills, laboratories in medic al schools need to improve the level of experimental instruction, enhance I ab management and emphasize creative education, which have become so me an important task facing lab staffs.In view of the current problems in China’s medical school lab manage ment and the practical survey of the comprehensive laboratories in the rel ated medical school and working experience, this paper proposes a syste m demand that applies contemporary advanced computer technologies, esp ecially modern networking technologies to explore a comprehensive lab ma nagement information system so as to realize the standardized network m anagement of labs, experiment instruction, equipment, low-value and consu mable items, lab construction and equipment purchase, lab assessment an d teaching assessment, practice, as well as data and statement. It also ai ms to push further improvement of the cooperation and integration among lab information, experiment instruction staffs, experiment assistants as well as inter-disciplines. The system also supports multi-level and multi-role use rs in application involving system administrators, teachers, lab administrator s, experiment assistants and students.The paper first analyzes the current situation of laboratory managemen t information system and the existing problems, combined with the actual needs of the unit, discusses the research significance and importance of t he project. The second is mainly aimed at the demand of the system in d etail, and gives the relevant business flow diagram and data flow diagram, also use the data dictionary in detail, finally use IPO diagram analyses th e correlation function of the data. The thesis has also carried on the over all design of the system, on this basis, using the structure chart of the fun ction, the core processing flow chart, IPO chart of the system sub module s of the related functional design, at the same time through the database table structure and entities E-R map to the database design is discussed i n detail. The paper finally has carried on the summary, and according to t heir own actual work, for future work is discussed, in order to further impr ove the open experiment management information system.
