Universities and colleges in open laboratory is a product of the transformation of the traditional experimental teaching to open teaching, also is the basic direction of university laboratory construction, to realize the experimental resources evenly, exert the students’ experiment, autonomy, lighten the burden of corresponding laboratory management has important practical significance. This topic based on the status quo of zunyi medical college language lab management, discusses the construction scheme of open management system of laboratory, hope that through research on the project, to implement the experiment teaching and laboratory management informatization and automation.Similar system at first, this paper introduces the research background and research application status, and according to the project application unit of organization function, business flow chart is used to describe the current business problems, based on these problems, the original business process is optimized; And then, on the basis of business process analysis, function analysis of the system, respectively, through the use case diagram and package diagram describes in detail the system function structure, the system function is divided into the lab service management, equipment maintenance, equipment parameter management, management of laboratory opening and closing, reply message management, basic data management, system management, and other functional modules.
