| Course arrangement is the central task of educational administration in universities, and also a difficult one. With the development of computer information technology, computer has been playing an important role in human life. To adapt to the development of society and improve the level of informatization and its competitiveness, more and more industries have begun to apply computer information technology to some special tasks. Because of the limited educational resources and the continually expanding number of students, the task of course arrangement will face more and more difficulties, and the traditional manual course arrangement is unable to satisfy the big work. To enhance both working efficiency and quality, it will be very necessary to do some research about courses scheduling system by informatization.This paper, given the present conditions of Tourism and Culture College of Yunnan University, tends to study and analyze a set of course arrangement system assisted by computer. The paper first introduces the research background of this course arrangement system, project significance> the current research and relevant application, then explains the structure of the paper. The software engineering method is applied in business analysis, and business flow chart in the analysis of business system. In function analysis, data flow chart, data dictionary, function structure are applied. The system mainly contains seven functions:data management of course arrangement, course planning management, teaching task management, course arrangement management, course timetable management, course adjustment management, system management. In data analysis, the three tools of entity attribute map, E-R diagram and the database table are applied to reach a relatively overall analysis. Finally, the paper gives a summary to the above research and some expectations to the future study in this field. |
