Design And Implementation Of Xi’an Local Colleges And Universities Student Management Information System

Computer technology and network technology development and maturation, and promote the university digitization process. With the continuous expansion of the scale of the growth of universities and vocational students, vocational students design and development and information management needs and funding consistent digital platform is an important task.College student information management system and aided in this context is born out. Architecture way this system uses B/S mode, the combination of MVC design patterns and object-oriented development techniques, while achieving the function of the system, improve system scalability and reusability. Design is based on the actual needs of educational administration and funding of university student management system as the basis, combined with management concepts and software engineering thinking, difficulty in improving student management and funding management business while maximizing the efficiency improvement of educational management. Contents of this paper include the following aspects:(1) A comprehensive exposition of student funding research status and defect information management, research educational administration department for poor students identified the actual business requirements management and funding management and business scope of the delineation of the target system research.(2) By means of Unified Modeling Language Technology research conducted business needs resulting model to visualize the form to show the actual business needs.(3) Through the analysis of business requirements, the decomposition of the business function, and design of the main functions of the business processes; combined use cases and data models Statute establishing the entity relationship model system, and the physical structure of the database design.(4) The use of a combination of WSH framework and MVC design pattern for college students to realize the management and funding system, promote the process of information management and fund management student, and gradually complete the campus information technology work.Institutions of higher education and subsidized student information management system helps schools to better respond to students’ basic information, funding information and the difficulties of students identified unified information management. Through the application and implementation of the system, not only can provide financial assistance to students from poor fair environment and promote learning, and can provide the necessary statistics and decision support, will help standardize the schools and funding for student information management, improve efficiency of university leaders.
