Research And Analysis On The Management System Of Student Status Of Guizhou Business College

This thesis comes from the research project of the university student status management system; the main purpose of the project is to solve the problem of the use of computer instead of manual management in the school roll management system. Through the computer to collect, collate, processing, transmission, storage, maintenance and use of student information, breaking the constraints of manual management, so that the university student status management gradually into the management of information, decision-making and scientific management mode of modern higher education.This paper researched and analyzed comprehensively the school register management system of Guizhou industry and Commerce, including business analysis, function analysis and data analysis. The lack of the original business process is the Guizhou industry and Commerce Career Academy student status can not be updated timely. In this paper, the business process is deeply studied, and the optimization process has been obtained. Based on it, the functional modules are divided again, such as the student status management, the management of student status changes management and so on. The database table structure is established after analyzing the data which is corresponding with the business and function. The more perfect function of the system can be seen from the comparison of the original business flow chart and the optimized flow chart. It can see the close relationship between the various parts of the system from the function package diagram, the use case diagram and the entity class diagram.Finally the writer summarizes the full text, combined with the results of the work, and puts forward the shortcomings of the paper, and the further work are prospected.
