In the background of bigger requirements of data acquisition system and advanced technology is monopolized by foreign countries, the data acquisition system has been paid more and more attention by domestic researchers. This paper is based on this background and actual project requirement. It puts forward two data acquisition system which have characteristics of wide application range, strong operability and low cost.In this paper, the first scheme is a multi-channel data acquisition system based on USB. On the base of analyzing the microprocessor technology, A/D conversion technology, large capacity storage technology and interface technology, firstly hardware design is implemented and the actual circuit board is produced. Secondly, the software design of the system is done which completed the control program of each module circuit. At last, system test and error analysis are carried on. The multi-channel data acquisition system, which has sixteen channels, ping-pong operation storage, large capacity NAND FLASH memory and USB interface, can directly achieve the storage function of U disk. Because the U disk has the abilities of hot swap and easy carrying and the whole system has the advantages of easy operating and so on, the multi-channel data acquisition system based on USB can be widely used in high speed, large capacity and multi channel occasions.The second scheme is a multi-node detectors data acquisition and wireless transmission system based on ZigBee. On the base of analyzing the wireless transmission technology which affects the performance of the system, firstly the hardware design of the system is given. Then focus on the design of the system software including cutting out the Z-Stack protocol in the IAR development platform, realizing the function of ZigBee nodes data transfer and implementing the function of multi-byte serial communication with ZigBee in FPGA. At last, system test and error analysis are carried on. This scheme realizes the multi-node data transfer from ZigBee to FPGA without the intervention of the upper monitor which realizes the unmanned operation. Using FPGA to communicate with ZigBee instead of MCU, makes it easier be used in the occasion of more complex, higher requirements of performance and timing.
