Underwater acoustic data acquisition system is all important technology in the field of underwater acoustic. The availability of high-quality data is very important to scientific research, and with the more and more attention to the exploration of the sea,the application of underwater acoustic signal acquisition and transmission technology is more and more widely. This paper aims to achieve a vector array multi-channel low-frequency acoustic signal acquisition receiver. The main function of the system is to realize synchronous acquisition and data transmission and storage.Determine the system indicators through analysis, and hardware design and software design is based on indicators.Multi-channel measurement system mainly consists of four parts: signal conditioning circuit, signal acquisition control circuit, data transmission control circuit and data storage circuit.Signal conditioning circuit includes a 10Hz~480Hz band-pass filter and controllable gain amplification and other functional circuits. The signal acquisition control circuit module mainly realizes the acquisition of thirty-two channel signals, which is based on programmable logic device.Data acquisition and other related control functions are designed by VHDL language. The main function of data transmission control is data receiving and network data transmission. And hardware based on STM32 and Ethernet interface chip. The main control logic is designed by C language.Data storage module is to collect data and store the data in hard disk. This module is based on PC104 industrial computer.PC104 support network data transmission.and the main control logic is designed by C language too. After the system software design is completed, each functional unit of the whole measurement system is tested to verify the effectiveness of the system design.
