Investigation And Analysis Of Female Librarian 's Job Burnout In University Library

Readers of university library for the masses of teachers and students in colleges and universities provide literature information resources, teaching and scientific research is to ensure the normal operation of the various aspects work in colleges and universities. The absolute proportion of female librarians also decided to them in the important position in the university library, which is the key to college library work success or failure. In order to study the basic situation of the job burnout of the female librarians of university library, this article in Qiqihar district of female librarians in university library as the research object, with the method of questionnaire survey,respectively, from their own, a library and social three aspects analyzes the present situation and causes of female librarians’ job burnout in university library, the help of the related research results and combining with the actual situation of colleges and universities in our country, put forward to prevent and reduce the countermeasures of female librarians’ job burnout. Aimed at improving women librarians’ work enthusiasm and treat recognition of library work, prompt the cause of education for our country to make greater contribution.
